The Vollrath GGMDM-18 is a medium-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring an 18-inch cooking surface with a powerful 28,000 BTU output. This griddle is equipped with a manual control system for precise temperature adjustments. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate ensures even heat distribution and durability, while the stainless steel burner construction and exterior provide longevity and easy maintenance.
The unit includes a 2-3/4-inch backsplash and sloped side splash to contain spills and enhance safety. It is shipped set up for natural gas but comes with a conversion kit for propane use, along with a regulator and gas valve for added convenience.
