The Vollrath GGMDM-24 is a medium-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a 24-inch cooking surface with a powerful output of 56,000 BTU. It is equipped with two stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches to deliver 28,000 BTU per 12-inch section, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking performance. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate provides durability and excellent heat retention.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It includes a 2-3/4-inch backsplash and sloped side splash to help contain spills and maintain a clean workspace. The unit is shipped set up for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy installation.
The Vollrath GGMDM-24 features metal knobs with heavy-duty knob guards for added safety and durability. Its adjustable legs range from 4 to 5-1/2 inches, allowing for stability on various surfaces. This griddle is ETL and cETLus certified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
