The Vollrath GGMDM-36 is a medium-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a spacious 36-inch cooking surface with an impressive output of 84,000 BTU. It is equipped with three stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches, delivering 28,000 BTU per section for efficient cooking. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate ensures even heat distribution and durability, while the stainless steel exterior provides a sleek, professional appearance.
This griddle includes a 2-3/4-inch backsplash and sloped side splash for added safety and cleanliness. It is shipped configured for natural gas but comes with a conversion kit for propane use, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy setup. The heavy-duty metal knobs are designed with guards for enhanced durability, and the adjustable legs range from 4 to 5-1/2 inches to accommodate various countertop heights.
