Description
The Vollrath GGMDM-48 is a medium-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a spacious 48" cooking surface with a powerful output of 112,000 BTU. It is equipped with four stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches to deliver 28,000 BTU per section, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking performance. The polished 1" thick cooking plate provides durability and excellent heat retention, while the stainless steel exterior ensures easy cleaning and longevity.
This griddle includes a 2-3/4" backsplash and sloped side splashes to contain spills and enhance safety. It is shipped configured for natural gas but comes with a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for added convenience. The metal knobs are designed with heavy-duty guards for durability, and the adjustable legs range from 4" to 5-1/2" to accommodate various countertop heights. The Vollrath GGMDM-48 is ETL and cETLus certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
