The Vollrath GGMDM-60 is a medium-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a spacious 60" cooking surface with a powerful output of 140,000 BTU. It is equipped with five stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches, delivering 28,000 BTU per section for efficient cooking. The polished 1" thick cooking plate ensures even heat distribution and durability.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle includes a 2-3/4" backsplash and sloped side splash for added safety and cleanliness. It comes pre-set for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy setup. The metal knobs are designed with heavy-duty guards for enhanced durability, and the adjustable legs range from 4" to 5-1/2" to accommodate various countertop heights. The Vollrath GGMDM-60 is ETL and cETLus certified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety standards.
