It is equipped with two stainless steel burners, strategically placed every 12 inches to deliver 28,000 BTU per 12-inch section, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking performance. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate provides durability and excellent heat retention.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes a 2-3/4-inch backsplash and sloped side splashes to contain spills and enhance safety. The unit is shipped set up for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy installation.
The Vollrath GGMDT-24 features metal knobs with heavy-duty guards for added durability and safety. Its adjustable legs range from 4 to 5-1/2 inches, allowing for customizable height to fit your workspace.
