Description
The Vollrath HPG4-24 is a powerful countertop gas hotplate designed for commercial kitchens. Measuring 24"W x 29-1/4"D x 13-1/4"H, it features four burners, each delivering 26,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. Manual metal control knobs allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the stainless steel drip pan ensures easy cleanup. Constructed from stainless and aluminized steel, this hotplate is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. With a total output of 104,000 BTU, it is ETL and cETLus certified for safety and performance. The unit ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility.
