Description
The Vollrath HPG6-36 is a powerful countertop gas hotplate designed for high-performance cooking. Measuring 36-1/10"W x 29-1/4"D x 13-1/4"H, it features six burners, each delivering 26,000 BTU for a total output of 156,000 BTU. The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. Manual metal control knobs allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the stainless steel drip pan ensures easy cleanup. Constructed from stainless and aluminized steel, this hotplate is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility. ETL and cETLus certified for safety and performance.
