Description

The Vulcan 1TR45DF is a high-efficiency gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens. This full pot, free-standing model features a 15-1/2" width and a generous capacity of 45-50 lbs, making it ideal for high-volume frying. Equipped with solid state digital controls, it includes melt cycles for versatile cooking options. The innovative ThreePass™ heat transfer system ensures optimal heat distribution for consistent frying results. With electronic ignition for reliable startup, the fryer also incorporates a KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system to maintain oil quality and extend its lifespan. The twin baskets allow for simultaneous frying of different items, enhancing productivity. Constructed from durable stainless steel, both the cabinet and fry tank are built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, provide easy mobility and stability.
