The Vulcan C24EA5-LWE is a high-performance countertop convection steamer designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This electric unit features a single compartment with a 24" width, accommodating up to five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Its low water energy smart steam control ensures optimal steam production while conserving energy. Equipped with a robust stainless steel steam generator, the steamer includes a Smart Drain System with a timed drain and Powerflush for easy maintenance. Professional-grade controls feature a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam functionality, along with cook/ready lights and a power switch for user-friendly operation. The split water line enhances performance, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. With leveling feet for stability, the Vulcan C24EA5-LWE is UL EPH Classified, cULus Listed, and ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an excellent choice for energy-conscious kitchens.

Certified Plus Installation options

Installation of first unit: (Non-Discountable NET Pricing) Hobart Service Installation includes delivery, set in place, and all connections within 5 feet of unit. Pricing is based on one unit being installed in a location within 100 miles round trip of Hobart Service branch location. Additional charges may apply for locations greater than 100 miles round trip. Removal & Disposal of existing unit is a separate charge and must be selected as an additional price. A Vulcan SMF SCALBLOCKER Water Filtration system recommended to be installed with the Steamer to maintain warranty. (see attached installation flyer for details) 1. Site Survey: Pre-Installation Site Survey will be completed at no additional cost. Site survey to be completed within a minimum of two weeks of equipment installation. Survey is for a single trip and within 100 miles round trip of a Hobart Service branch location. Additional charges greater than 100 miles round trip may apply. +$1,667.40 Installation of second unit: (Non-Discountable NET Pricing) (Second unit must be installed at the same location on the same day as the first unit) Hobart Service Installation includes delivery, set in place, and all connections within 5 feet of unit.
