The bottom-mounted snap action thermostat is conveniently placed every 12" for precise temperature control. Its low-profile design includes a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge with a "Cool Bullnose" for safe handling. The griddle also features two front grease troughs for efficient grease management, along with 4" back and tapered side splashes to keep your workspace clean.
