The Vulcan K40DL is a stationary direct steam kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a true working capacity of 40 gallons. Constructed with durable 316 series stainless steel, it features a 2/3 jacketed design and an ellipsoidal bottom for efficient heat distribution. The kettle is equipped with a spring-assisted hinged cover and a heavy-duty pivot assembly for easy access. A 2" compression draw-off valve with a perforated strainer ensures smooth and efficient draining, while the faucet bracket is conveniently positioned 130° to the right of the draw-off. The tri-leg base provides stability, and the steam control assembly operates at 50 psi with a power output of 1.0 BHP, making it ideal for a variety of cooking applications.
