Vulcan VE40

The Vulcan VE40 is an electric tilting skillet braising pan designed for high-capacity cooking with a 40-gallon capacity. It features advanced 16 kW FastBatch™ embedded heating technology for rapid heating and efficient cooking. The 46" wide open base allows for easy access and maneuverability, while the 9" deep stainless steel pan includes gallon markings for precise measurements. A convenient pouring lip and removable strainer enhance functionality, and the spring assist cover with a drip edge ensures mess-free operation. The pan holder adds stability, and the water-tight solid state controls provide reliable performance. It comes equipped with an L faucet bracket and stands on 12" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for optimal height. The Vulcan VE40 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
