Description

The Wells WVG-136 is a ventless electric range designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 22" x 18" grill area, it allows for versatile cooking options. The thermostatic controls ensure precise temperature management for optimal cooking results. Its self-contained hood system effectively captures smoke and odors, making it ideal for locations with limited ventilation. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The cabinet base includes doors for easy storage, while front legs and rear casters provide stability and mobility. This model meets UL, cULus, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability. For maintenance, it requires one Pre-filter (22618) and one HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (22619).

Ventless unit can be powered up for the first time, the included UL300 Ansul fire suppression system must be charged with "Ansulex" and commissioned and tagged by a certified and locally licensed ANSUL Fire Suppression contractor. This commissioning is also the commencement of an agreement between the Ansul agent and the owner and cannot be consummated by Wells Mfg, its agents, dealers or service agencies. Cost will vary by individual Ansul agent and paid by the owner, not by Wells.
