Description
The Wells WVO-G136 is a versatile ventless electric range designed for efficiency and performance. It features a convection oven and a griddle, both equipped with solid-state temperature controls for precise cooking. The self-contained hood system ensures optimal ventilation, while the durable stainless steel construction guarantees longevity and easy maintenance. The convection oven base enhances cooking efficiency, and the unit is mounted on casters for easy mobility. This model meets cULus and NSF standards, making it suitable for commercial kitchen environments. For optimal performance, it requires one Pre-filter (22618) and one HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (22619).

  • Mandatory note: OWNER RESPONSIBILITY: Before any Wells Mfg. Ventless unit can be powered up for the first time, the included UL300 Ansul fire suppression system must be charged with "Ansulex" and commissioned and tagged by a certified and locally licensed ANSUL Fire Suppression contractor. This commissioning is also the commencement of an agreement between the Ansul agent and the owner and cannot be consummated by Wells Mfg, its agents, dealers or service agencies. Cost will vary by individual Ansul agent and paid by the owner, not by Wells.
