The Winston Industries CHV3-05UV-ST is an electric Cvap® Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. It features a maximum temperature of 300ºF (148.8ºC) and is configured as a half-size stacked unit with two compartments, each equipped with independent controllers for precise cooking.
This oven is insulated for energy efficiency and utilizes convection cooking to ensure even heat distribution. It can accommodate up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 13" x 18" sheet pans, or twenty 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack.
The design includes two field-reversible hinged solid doors with a magnetic door handle for easy access. The C-Touch control panel features a processor for enhanced functionality, HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance, and USB & audio ports for added convenience.
