The Winston Industries CHV3-05UV is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. With a maximum temperature of 300ºF (148.8ºC), this half-size, one-compartment oven features insulated convection cooking for even heat distribution. It accommodates up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. The oven is equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle for easy access. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise operation, HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance, and USB & audio ports for added functionality. The auto water fill feature simplifies maintenance, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity and easy cleaning. This unit meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
