The Winston Industries CHV5-05UV-ST is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficiency and performance. This half-size, stacked cabinet features two insulated compartments, perfect for convection cooking. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 13" x 18" sheet pans, or twenty 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid doors and a magnetic door handle, this oven ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise operation, HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance, and USB and audio ports for added convenience. The auto water fill feature simplifies maintenance, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide longevity and ease of cleaning.
