The Winston Industries CHV5-05UV is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficiency and performance. This half-size, insulated convection oven features a single compartment that can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise cooking management, HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance, and USB and audio ports for added functionality.
