The Winston Industries CHV5-14UV is a full-size electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficient convection cooking. This versatile unit accommodates up to 14 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 28 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. It features two field-reversible hinged solid dutch doors with a magnetic door handle for easy access. The advanced C-Touch control system includes a processor for precise cooking management, HACCP temperature downloads, and convenient USB and audio ports. The auto water fill function ensures consistent moisture levels, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide easy maintenance and longevity. This unit meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
