The Winston Industries CHV7-05UV-ST is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. This half-size, stacked unit features two insulated compartments, capable of accommodating up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 13" x 18" sheet pans, or twenty 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid doors and a magnetic door handle, this oven ensures easy access and secure closure. The advanced C-Touch control with processor allows for precise operation, including HACCP temperature downloads and wireless programming. Additional features include USB and audio ports, fan on/off control, and auto water fill for added convenience. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the CHV7-05UV-ST meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
