Description

The Winston Industries RTV5-04UV is an electric thermalizer oven designed for efficient convection cooking. This half-size, insulated cabinet features a single compartment that can accommodate up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans, eight 13" x 18" sheet pans, or eight 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise operation and HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance. Utilizing CVap technology, this oven maintains optimal cooking conditions, while the auto water fill feature simplifies operation. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and ease of cleaning.
