Description

The Winston Industries RTV5-05UV-ST is an electric thermalizer oven cabinet designed for efficient convection cooking. This half-size, stacked unit features two insulated compartments with a generous 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 13" x 18" sheet pans, or twenty 12" x 20" hotel pans. Each rack supports a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid doors and a magnetic door handle, this oven ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise operation and HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance. Additional features include CVap technology for consistent cooking results, USB and audio ports for added convenience, and an auto water fill system. The durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide longevity and ease of cleaning.
