The Winston Industries RTV5-05UV is a high-performance electric thermalizer oven designed for efficient convection cooking. This half-size, insulated cabinet offers a spacious 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, this oven ensures easy access and secure closure. The advanced C-Touch control with processor allows for precise temperature management and HACCP temperature downloads, enhancing food safety and compliance. Featuring CVap technology, the RTV5-05UV maintains optimal food quality while preventing drying. Additional conveniences include USB and audio ports for easy connectivity and an auto water fill system for hassle-free operation.
