The Winston Industries RTV7-04UV is an electric thermalizer oven cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service operations. This half-size unit features a single insulated compartment that can accommodate up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans, eight 13" x 18" sheet pans, or eight 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, this oven ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise temperature management and HACCP temperature downloads, enhancing food safety compliance.
