The Winston Industries RTV7-05UV is a high-performance electric thermalizer oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This half-size, insulated cabinet features a single compartment that can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, this unit ensures easy access and secure closure. The advanced C-Touch control system includes a processor for precise temperature management and HACCP temperature downloads, enhancing food safety and compliance. Utilizing CVap technology, the RTV7-05UV offers wireless programming capabilities, along with USB and audio ports for added convenience.
