Description

The Winston Industries RTV7-14UV is a full-size electric thermalizer oven designed for optimal food holding and cooking. This insulated cabinet accommodates up to 14 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 28 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Featuring two field-reversible hinged solid Dutch doors and a magnetic door handle for easy access, the oven is equipped with advanced C-Touch control and processor for precise operation. It supports HACCP temperature downloads, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The innovative CVap technology allows for wireless programming, while USB and audio ports enhance functionality. Additional features include on/off fan control and auto water fill, all housed in a durable stainless steel interior and exterior.
