The Wolf C48R-36GT2B Challenger XL™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 48" gas cooking solution designed for high-performance kitchens. It features two robust 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning and maintenance. The left side is equipped with a 36" griddle, featuring a 7/8" thick plate and precise thermostatic controls for consistent cooking results. The range includes a 4"W front grease trough for efficient grease management and a refrigerated base with two drawers on the left for convenient storage of ingredients. The right side features a spacious cabinet base for additional storage needs. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, this range is built for durability and easy maintenance. The fully MIG welded chassis ensures structural integrity, while the included casters provide mobility for easy repositioning. With a total output of 120,000 BTU, this range operates on 115v/60/1-ph power, drawing 6.7 amps and is compliant with UL, CSA, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
