Description

The Jade Range JBR-4-36G is a 60" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring four powerful 30,000 BTU open burners on the left side, this range provides ample cooking capacity for a variety of dishes. The right side includes a spacious 36" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items, sandwiches, and more. Manual controls allow for precise heat adjustments, while the stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back ensure durability and easy cleaning. The cabinet base offers additional storage space, and the 6" adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 192,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any busy restaurant environment.
