The Jade Range JMRH-60IP is a 60" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This Titan™ model features a modular plancha with a robust 5/8" thick cooking surface, allowing for even heat distribution and exceptional durability. Infinite controls provide precise temperature adjustments for optimal cooking results. The stainless steel grease trough ensures easy cleanup, while the 6" plate shelf offers convenient storage for dishes and utensils. Constructed with front, sides, and stub back in stainless steel, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Certified by CSAus and NSF, it meets stringent safety and sanitation standards.
